Design Engineer

We provide competitive pay and excellent benefits. We are looking for a fulltime design engineer with 3-5 years’ experience performing modeling design for core die and wax dies. Requirements • 3-5 years’ experience as a design engineer • Proficiency in Unigraphics, SolidWorks, and Pro-E • Skill performing modeling design for core die, wax die, rubber molds • Ability to manage a team of engineers Preferred Skills • Strong mechanical aptitude and accuracy • Good time management and organizational skills • Ability to manage others while working on your own projects • Ability to work independently • Good communication skills Responsibilities • Work jointly with ownership and staff • Develop best design practices and standards • Hold weekly meetings with engineering team • Work with clients • Conduct employee evaluations and reviews We offer competitive wages, a great work environment, and excellent benefits including:
