• The sweet spot of the LUNA 47 will be between 5 and 15 kts true wind. The owner will be able to reach windspeed with no effort.

LUNA 47 is not only another cruising catamaran. LUNA 47 is a boatthat distinguishes from most of the markets choices.

LUNA 47 is not only fast, but at the same time quiet. It is not only accommodate their guests, but offer comfort in a designed shell.

The difference is made by a holistic concept. LUNA 47 has been designed firstly for Diesel-Electric propulsion: balanced, quiet, eco-friendly. Recuperation, regeneration allow an average use with-out any generator noise, but with the amenities of modern life. All sailing can be done single handed.

LUNA 47 has put together, what todays technics and hydrodynam-ics deliver: living in comfort and eco-friendly; and sailing is on the fast side! Speed is not just for fun, it is also for safety. Having a real sailboat, that can sail upwind and is seaworthy is an important safe-ty feature: escape a storm, reach the harbor of your choice and the behavior of the boat in sea state will be more comfortable.
