My position with Gulfstream requires me to perform multiple tasks simultaneously throughout the day. My daily responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to; expediting purchased items at various vendors to meet the project’s schedule. Tracking orders, receiving goods, and placing products into inventory. I record and maintains inventory of quantity, type of materials, parts received and distributed, manually and by using a computer. I must confer with supervisors to determine overdue materials and parts and to inform supervisors about the status of the product. I also remain in contact with the contractor to make sure that the project is smoothly running according to schedule. I also frequently check with the suppliers to ensure that delivery will be possible on the agreed date, and for the managing the timing of delivery.

My position at American Tire required me to verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in journals and computer files from documents, such as sales slips, invoices, receipts,
check stubs, and computer printouts. I was also responsible for marketing, promoting, advertising and stocking duties related to the receiving and delivery of tires and accessories. I also scheduled and dispatched service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests.

My position at TW Tire required me to directly supervise 20 plus employees in the service department. I carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. I was also in charge of 24-hour response to service requests.
