LUC MONTAGNIER IN THE VII NATIONAL CONGRESS OF HOMEOPATHY (SPAIN)

The rough campaign of attacks suffered to the Spaniards homeopaths during the month of April found a brake with the celebration of the VII National Congress of Homeopathy, which took place in Donostia (San Sebastian) the days 6th, 7th, and 8th of May 2016. We counted with the presence of the Nobel Prize winning of Medicine, Dr. Luc Montagnier. The attendance of this important figure of the Medicine let us to get back again our influence on the most important national media and also in some regional media.

With the attendance of 250 Spanish researchers this Congress counted with a high level on its lectures and with the wish of all homeopath doctors, pharmacists and veterinarians to work together and unified in the following years. This Congress counted also with the presence of important foreign speakers, among them: Dr. Etienne Capieaux (Belgium), Dr. Marc Henry (Professor of University of Strasbourg), Dr. Michel Van Wassenhoven, Dr. Luc Uyttenhove (Odontologist, Belgium), Dr. Alain Duport (Veterinarian, France), Dr. Niurka Meneses (Bioengineer, Universidad of Berna), Dr. Alejandro Montero Cornejo (Universidad of Concepción, Chile) and Dr. Elio Rossi (Oncology, Hospital of Toscana, Italy).

About the Spanish part, lectures had also a high-level and it’s difficult to stand out some above others, however we could consider the high impact of the lecture from Dr. Anna Pla about “Clinical Cases with Quality”, Dr. Inmaculada González-Carbajal about “The Opposition of Homeopathy and its Historical Perspective and Causes”, the lectures from Dr. Guillermo Basauri and Dr. Gonzalo Fernández-Quiroga about Communication on Homeopathy, Dr. Gemma Pons about “The Situation of the Homeopathic Medicament in the European Union”, Dr. María Jesús Pita about “Ethic Aspects in Relation to the Homeopath doctor”, Dr. Natalia Eres about “Minimally Invasive

Oncology”, Dr. Esther Molinares about “Accompaniment at the End of the Life” and Dr. Jose Eugenio Lopez about “the Mourning of deceased Relatives”. Furthermore we should point out aslso the lectures from Dr. Maria Jesus Balbas about the “Clinical Experience on Infertility” and Dr. Mikel Fuentes about “Intersticial Cystitis”. Also the lecture of “Rheumatic Polymyalgia” by Dr. Manel Mateu and “The Legacy of Madeleine Bastide” by Coro Goita.

This Congress counted with important activities on the field of Agro Homeopathy and Veterinary. Dr. Edgar Garcia spoke about “The Impact of the Use of Antibiotics on Animals for the Human Consumption”. Dr. Isabel Blanco and Dr. Cistina Iglesias about “the Current use of Homeopathy on Ranching Industry and Castle Milk” and Dr. Coral Mateo about “Homeopath treatment on Post Vaccine Disorders”.

This Day counted with the support of the health authorities from the Vasque Country and the attendance of the Major of the city (Donostia, San Sebastián). Finally the Spanish homeopath doctors carried out many working meetings and assemblies to coordinate their activities on favour of Homeopathy during the next months and with the aim to regain the lost spaces during this last year. We agreed criteria of unity from all the associations and their members to promote the activities of the National Assembly of Homeopathy. This Assembly works since 2006 and gathers doctors, pharmaceuticals and veterinarians from all Spain.
