LubTec central lubrication systems - progressive system- industrial applications



The progressive central lubrication system is a highly reliable system of lossy grease and oil lubrication. This system is intended for machinery and machine equipment up to approximately 100 (or more) lubrication points, even several tens of meters apart. The system is very reliable in operation, resistant against mechanical effects and climatic influences of environment.

FUNCTIONThe lubricant is pumped from its original tank (barrel)200 l in volume, a pneumatic barrel pump; the lubrication system is equipped with levelling, mounting board with pressure air treatment plant and a 2/2 way electromagnetic valve which propels the air driving the pneumatic pump. The lubricating system is equipped with its own controller adjusting lubrication time, pauses and shutting the device down in case of failure. For industrial applications with several lubricationpoints, the lubrication points can be divided into individual sections. The controller then determines which section will be lubricated, when, and how long. The lubricant is led by a pipeline through an electromagnetic valve to the main progressive distributor of each lubricated section. From the main progressive feeders, the lubricant is led to each lubrication point or to other progressive feeders. Progressive plate feeders consist of at least three and not more than ten plates. Each plate contains a piston for lubricant distribution and transport. Piston diameter and track determine the quantity delivered for every single piston stroke. Every piston has two roles, to transport and to sort. This means that the lubricant can be transported only after it has been pushed by the preceding piston. Thanks to this, simple lubricant transportation control is guaranteed, and functionality of the whole progressive feeders is guaranteed by controlling one piston's movement by means of the cycle switch. The quantity of lubricant pushed by the pump is divided in the progressive feeders for each lubrication point, according to each plate's dose.
