HydraWay HM DE , High performance hydraulic oils, mineral oil-based with zinc-free additives.These oils are recommended for all applications in workshop. The oils haveexcellent properties to separate metalworking luids and prevents foaming.Classi ied as ISO L HM, DIN HLP/CLP.

CPI CP FA polyalphaole in-based hydraulic luid with extremely good lubricatingproperties. As a result of the base oil’s high viscosity index and low pourpoint, it can be used for all hydraulics in the temperature range -15°C —+90°C. Colourless, odourless and tasteless. FDA21CFR 178. 3570. NSF H1.

The productis biodegradable. Due to the unique formula, the products provide the same oil

LoadWay Bio SE Environmentally adapted industrial transmission oil based on renewable

synthetic esters. The product is easily biodegradable and has a low toxicity.LoadWay Bio SE 220 has good oxidation stability, good low temperatureproperties and little change in viscosity at varying temperatures. The oil allows extended drain intervals and is miscible withmineral base lubricants.Copes with operating temperatures of 130°C andtemperature peaks of up to 200°C. Moly GL Molybdenum disulphide-reinforced worm-and gear oil with extremeload-bearing properties.Recommended where severe operating conditionsprevail, i.e., very low rpm, shock loads and/or heavy loads. TransWay VGOil for hydrodynamic transmissions. Approved by Voith Getriebe KG,Heidenheim and MTU Friedrichshafen.

CP F, CP FGear oils with EP properties for use in heavily loaded gears mainly usedwithin the food processing industry. The products are based on poly-alphaole in and can be used within a broad temperature range. The highoxidation stability give the oils a prolonged lifetime. WHITE OILMedicWay , , MedicWay is a clear medicinal white oil. The product is based on severlyre ined para inic base oils. MedicWay 15 ful ills the European Pharmacopoeia(EP) requirements for medicinal white oils. NSF H1.

CIRCULATION OILLubeWay XA , , , High performance, long life, zinkfree mineral based circulation oil. PaperWay , Circulation oil specially intended for the drying section in paper machines.Satis ies SKF’s proposed requirements for paper machine oil for the dryingsection. TD A naphthene-based mineral oil without additives. Recommended forcirculation-lubricated roller bearings, sliding bearings and vacuum pumps.

VacuWay PaFully synthetic oil primaraly intended for lubrication of vacuum pumps.It can also be used in circulation-lubricated roller and journal bearings.

REFRIGERATIONCOMPRESSOR OILFridgeWay , Mineral oil-based refrigerant compressor oil with high chemical stability.Low solidi ication point and good solubility in the refrigerant. CPI Solest HE, , , , , , Solest is a series of cooling compressor oils developed for use whererefrigerant R 134 and R 404 A is used. Suitable for use in centrifugal, screwand spiral compressors in industrial air-conditioning and cooling systems.These products has an extremely good wear-inhibiting capability, whichprovides long lifetime of the equipment. Solest 31 HE is suitable for use inpiston, centrifugal and rotary compressors in air-conditioning systems andindustrial cooling systems. Solest 68 is suitable for use in all types ofcompressor in industrial air-conditioning and cooling systems, as well as inrotary compressors in smaller air conditioning systems. PROCESS OILFlexWay RP , , , Solvent-re ined, para in-based mineral oil for chemical/technical industry.Used for example as a plasticiser and iller in the manufacture of rubber andplastic. Also used as a process aid for e.g. binding dust or acting as a wettingagent in the roo ing felt industry. Can also be used as circulation lubricationof bearings, gears and other machine elements.

TRANSFORMER OILVoltWay N XVoltWay N8X is a high performance insulating oil / transformer oil suitablefor use in all types of transformers, switches, gear switches and otherelectrical equipment. Extremely good oxidation stability and electricalproperties, good cooling capacity and very good low temperatureproperties. IEC 60296 Ed. 4.0 (2012) special applications.

VoltWay NSolvent-re ined naphthenic oil used for all types of oil- illed switches withsurrounding temperatures ranging from -45°C to +45°C. The oil naturallyhas good oxidation stability and contains no corrosive sulphur. Satis ies therequirements in accordance with SS 404 03 26, IEC 296 Class III (1982), IEC474 and ASEA 7 1301 102.

HEAT TRANSFER OILThermWayThermWay is recommended for use as heat transfer oil in all applications,including the food processing industry, as long as there is no contactbetween the manufactured goods and the oil. For use at temperaturesup to +300 °C.

ThermWay XMineral oil based heat transfer oil with addit ives to prolong life time andkeep the systems clean. Has excellent thermal stability and offers goodoxidation resistance, as well as preventing corrosion and coke depositson tube walls. Intended for closed systems with operating temperaturesof up to 300°C.

Therm Oil Therm Oil 30 is a semisynthetic heat transfer oil.The low pour point providessatisfactory pumpability even at low temperatures. It is speci ically developedfor use in systems on platforms within the offshore oil industry.

MOULDINGFormWay White

White oil-based form oil which improves the working environment.Contains additives that provides good corrosion protection, little poreformation, good mould release and minimal cleaning after casting.Recommended for casting in moulds made of steel, wood and plastic-coated.

FormWay , , Solvent, , , , Universal mould release agent for concrete casting in steel, wood andplastic-coated casting moulds. Can be used all year round.

FormWay Bio Environmentally adapted mould release oil that is based on biodegradableand renewable esters. The oil can be used in all types of casting moulds andoffers very good mould release capability.

FormWay EmulsionMould release agent based on solvent-re ined base oil. Recommended forspraying on vehicles and tools before use, making them easier to clean.Contains a low-aromatic solvent which improves the working environment.

Free of unpleasant odours.

AsfaltRentNaphthenic oil distillate that replaces diesel as a release and cleansingagent. Apply to machinery and tools to keep them clean during asphaltingworks. Also suitable for lubricating band saw blades with support wheels.

AsfaltRent BioBased on renewable and biodegradable esters. Apply to machinery andtools to keep them clean during asphalting works. It contains no solvents ormineral oil-based products in order improve the working environment. It isimportant that hydraulic oil hoses and other rubber components that comeinto contact with the cleaning product consists of the right grade of rubber.Recommended rubber types are nitrile,viton rubbers as well as te lon.

RUST PREVENTIVE OILProtectWay XB ProtectWay XB 32 is an oil-type rust preventive. Apply the product by spray,brushing or dipping. Typical applications are hydraulic systems and gearboxes,lubricated bearings, combustion engine, turbines and machine parts.

CoatWay P CoatWay P 2 is a solvent- based rust protection. Apply by spraying, dippingor brushing. The product protect machined parts of steel as well as inishedproducts. CoatWay P 2 provides a thin, almost invisible rust protecting layerthat protects against corrosion during approx. 6 months of indoor storage.MIL C 16173 D Grade 3.

CoatWay P CoatWay P 68 is intended to be used for protection of machinery, toolsand instruments during running operation, downtime, storage ortransportation. Apply by spraying, dipping or brushing. CoatWay P 68 is asolvent-based rust preventive. I t provides excellent protection for a year ormore, when used inside or outdoors. CoatWay P 68 is dry and leaves astrongly adherent, tough, plastic-looking layer, yellow-brownish in colour.MIL C 16173D Grade 4.

AIR TOOL OILRockWay EP , , , , RockWay oils has been developed in collaboration with the Swedishmining industry and is recommended for all types of percussivepneumatic machines that work at an even temperature. To provide betterworking environment the product creates less oil mist. RockWay oil arebased on solvent re ined para inic base oils and selected additives,providing good anti-wear properties, excellent adhesion and protectionagainst corrosion.

RockWay URockWay U is a specially developed product for lubrication of rock-drillingequipment and other pneumatic tools. The product is designed to give fullfunction within a broad temperature range. RockWay U is recommendedfor use in the temperature range between -30 °C to +30 °C. (The greatestrisk of ice formation is between +5°C and -5°C). Based on naphthenic baseoil and special additives to give a very good protection against wear andcorrosion.

RockWay Anti IceGlycol-based pneumatic tool oil with additives that prevent wear

and corrosion. Eliminates ice formation at temperatures around 0°C.Not miscible with mineral oil products.

WAY OILGlideWay , , , Slide oil based on light, highly re ined para in base oil reinforced withselected additives. Used for machine tools and other machines wheresliding movements occur. The oil can also be used for circulation lubricationof bearings and gears. GlideWay 32 and 68 are also recommended wherethe hydraulic system is combined with other machine lubrication. The oilseparates easily from water-based cutting luids.

CHAIN OILChain Saw OilMineral oil-based chain saw oil for -year-round use. Good lubrication andadhesion properties. Recommended for felling and crosscut saws inforestry machines, as well as normal chain saws. The oil may be mixed withother mineral and rapeseed oil-based chain saw oils.

Chain Saw Oil LTChain Saw Oil LT is recommended for year-round use in chain saws and fellingand crosscut saws in forestry machines and conveyors within the industry.Due to the products good low temperature properties, Chain Saw Oil LT issuitable for use in extreme cold climate. Provides goood lubrication with low oilconsumption and clean chains, which prolongs the lifetime of the material. Theproduct is mixable with chain saw oils based on mineral-or rapeseed oil.

ChainWay BioRapeseed oil-based chain saw oil with extremely good adhesion and goodtemperature properties.
