Content Standard : 3.3 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be able to write and present ideas through a variety of media using appropriate language, form and style.

Learning Standard : 3.3.1 Able to create simple texts using a variety of media with guidance:(a) linear

Behavioural Objectives : By the ends of the lesson, pupils should be able to:

(1) Rearrange the word strips given and write the sentences

formed.

(2) Write a message for a friend telling about the pollution on

the beach

Vocabulary : pick, throw, tie up, scattered

Moral Values : Help save the beach, take care of the environment, protect

endangered species

Thinking Skills : Identifying, information processing, reasoning, creating

Multiple Intelligence : Intrapersonal, interpersonal, linguistic.

groups of six.

2. Teacher distributes i-Think

map on mah-jong paper

and envelopes containing

word strips to each group.

3. Pupils are asked to

rearrange the word strips

to form simple sentences.

4. Pupils rewrite the

sentences on the i-Think

map.

5. Teacher and pupils check

the answers together.
