LTO Evaluation ProcessLTO position must be at least four (4) months long.Principals should meet with the OT prior to the evaluation to

provide an overview of the process and areas of consideration, i.e. classroom management, assessment and evaluation, planning, etc.

Observation/Evaluation date should be pre-determined by both parties.

Evaluation process should promote professional dialogue where effective feedback is provided.
