Further to the previous disclosure (Announcement 3 for AUB- Bahrain’s Shareholders) dated 12 April 2020, and the decisions of the BoD of KFH-Kuwait regarding the suspension of the acquisition procedures for 100% of the issued and paid up share capital of Ahli United Bank B.S.C (AUB-Bahrain) temporarily in both the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain until December 2020, and the announcement of the amended timetable and associated documentation for implementing the acquisition offer in due course, KFH would like to report the following:
