2LT1315 and LT1415 - the new generation Lokotracks

Combining over 20 years of experience with the original Loko-track mobile crushing concept, Metso Minerals is now launchingan entirely new generation of mobile primary impact crusherplants.

The Lokotrack LT1315 and LT1415 combine constant highcrushing capacity, a broad range of process options and excel-lent operator-friendliness with the newest dust and noisereduction options.

Lokotrack LT1315 is the ideal machine for high capacity con-tracting jobs due to the low transport height, which enableseasy transport on a standard trailer. When equipped with theoptional over band magnetic separator and pan feeder belowthe crusher, trouble free processing of recycled materials con-taining rebar is possible.

Lokotrack LT1415 is designed to meet the challenges of todaysmost demanding quarrying and in-pit crushing applications.With a capacity range of up to 900 mtph (1000 stph), easytransport and quick set-up, its an excellent choice for any singleor multi stage primary and secondary crushing process.

Powerful NP1315 and NP1415 impact crushers

The LTs are built around the powerful, proven Nordberg NPSeries impact crushers, which can crush medium hard rocktypes such as limestone as well as all rock-based recycledmaterials.

The NP crushers feature a large feed opening to avoid bridging,a unique triple-wedge hammer retention system for simpleand quick locking of wedges, and heavy-duty construction fora long and reliable service life.

Two feeder and one two deck screenoptions available

To meet your precise application requirements, the LokotrackLT1315 and LT1415 can be equipped with a pan feeder/scalperor optionally with a roller grizzly capable of handling the mostviscous feed materials.

The Lokotrack LT1315 and LT1415 can be equipped with theoptional, highly efficient two-deck screen and product con-veyors. This enables production of one or two calibrated end

products. When equipped with the cir-culation conveyor, the screen oversizefractions can be returned to the crusher.
