    Competency : Customer Service Orientation - Level 2

    Thinks about the customer when undertaking day-to-day work. Questions how is this adding value for thecustomer? Makes decisions with the customer in mind. Takes pride in delivering a high quality product or service.Investigates service delivery and provides solutions to problems.

    We should work in the way of customer service oriented. Providing high quality products or services is amust to be success. I listen to customers opionion and suggestions. We do improvements after that. I amable resolve parents complaints well in making sure that we provide high quality services.

    Competency : Teamworking - Level 1

    Willingly cooperates. Is not afraid to seek advice from others. Puts in extra effort when needed to help others.Recognises that the ways of getting things done in different departments, organisation and communities are not thesame.

    I work with ten colleagues and have to give assistance who has difficulties in dealing with some difficultsituations. We had to work with each other cooperatively because the education centre was very busy. Ihad to sensitive to all the enviromental conditions. Even it was not my duty, I need to answer phone callswhen the receptonist was unavailable.

    Competency : Holding People Accountable Level 1

    Gives clear instructions and lets people know what is expected of them. Accepts accountablility for own actions andperformance. Sets limits for others behaviour. Does not bully or harass and does not tolerate inappropritatebehaviour in others.

    I am happy and able to work independently once I am clear about what I need to do. I am highlyresponsible and conscientious, so I do not need to be monitored all the time. If I am not sure aboutsomething I will ask. I am an accountable person. I can finish the task well and do not need others to worryabout. I work with my colleagues towards the objectives. I give clear instructions to them in making surethat they know what they need to do. When there is some indifferences in the idea among us, I am capableof resolving the conflicts. There may be obstacles in the ways to success, but we an overcome it when wecooperate weill-enough. We evaluate ourselves during the process and make sure we are on the righttrack. As I like to work as a leader, I give motivation to my subordinates duing the process and giveappreciation to their contribution after completing the tasks.

    Demonstrates willingness to change ideas or perceptions based on new information or contrary evidence. Is open tonew ideas and listens to other people's points of view.

    I am able to handle the jobs on hand efficiently and effectively and enjoy new challenges as well. I amwilling to handle new tasks whenever I am being asked. I am willing to listen to the opinions and criticismfrom my colleagues and senior staffs.

    Competency :Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (BULATS Level 2)

    I have good language skill. I have participated in IELTS examination, and got a score of 6.5. I can speakfluent Cantonese and Putonghua. I am able to speak fair French as well.

    Competency : Experience of dealing with young children

    I have more than five years of dealing with young children. As I love children very much, I have goodpatience in helping and nurturing them. I am pleased when I see them make improvements. Theirimprovements are not only on the academic results, but more importantly their personal behavior andattitude.
