That Transportation Committee recommend Council approve theownership transfer of sections of Cedarview Road and other serviceroads that were created by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontarioduring construction of Highway 416, as outlined in this report.

1. That Section 3(2) of the Encroachment By-law No. 2003-446, asamended, and any fee stipulated in Schedule "A" of the by-law,be waived to allow the Briarbrook and Morgan’s GrantCommunity Association to make landscape enhancementsincluding a rock garden, commemorative plaque andcommunity gateway sign, to the grassed portion of the roadallowance at the intersection of Shirley’s Brook Drive andMarch Road; and,

2. That the landscaping be completed in accordance with theconditions of Appendix D for Additional Work Agreed upon bythe City and the Participant under the Adopt-A-RoadwayProgram.
