LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has added financial advisors Brian Kasteler,Joseph Taylor, Nathan Woodward, Jorge Becerra, Michael Donaldson and Patrick Latimer of Intermountain FinancialPartners, to its broker-dealer and corporate registered investment advisor platforms.

The advisors join from MML Investors Services and serve approximately $700 million of client brokerage, advisoryand retirement plan assets.

Taylor and Woodward’s mentor, James Woodward, a financial professional with a career that spans more than 45years, founded the Salt Lake City-based firm that serves high-net-worth professionals, retirees, business owners,qualified retirement plans and entrepreneurs. The firm’s administrative support staff includes Jenna Rosa, EricaSpencer, Colton Kasteler, Haley Glenn and Lisa Becerra.

LPL Financial provides service to approximately $706 billion in brokerage and advisory assets as of the secondquarter of 2019. The company provides proprietary technology, comprehensive clearing services, practicemanagement programs and training, and independent research to more than 16,000 financial advisors and 700financial institutions.
