•  Conversions are even encouraged by governments (e.g. the UK, Australia) through grants, reduced road taxes etc in recognition of its eco- and engine-friendly qualities;

•  With the new Diesel-Dual-Fuel (DDF) technology, LPG is used in diesel engines, improving mileage, power & torque and greatly reducing toxic gases & carbon particulates in the emissions.

•  Next generation car kits also allow LPG and CNG through a single conversion.

•  LPG, being a liquid with low pressure, allows users to install larger capacity tanks due lesser weight (up to 100 litres are already in use) which means far greater distances can be covered with one fill.

•  Engines run on LPG last almost twice as long as those on petrol. Hence, large savings on engine spares and on oil changes.

•  LPG produces the lowest amount of CO, CO2, NO2 and green-house gases compared to other fuels – hence, most eco-friendly.

•  LPG is gaining popularity as an alternative fuel in industry as well as specific power generation applications (as “SNG”).

•  LPG is more “readily available” around the world being a bye-product in the refining process or extracted from condensate at the well – NG, however, is a depletable, natural resource.
