Instructions:

(cost) table.
2. Select 'Solver' from the Tools menu.
3. Press 'Solve' in the Solver Parameters window.
4. Press 'OK' in the Solver Results window.
Notes:
Unbalanced problems with supply exceeding demand can be solved,
unbalanced
problems with demand exceeding supply are not feasible.
DO NOT change the RowSum, ColSum, Total Supply, Total Demand, or
Total Cost.
DO NOT change any parameters in the Solver Parameters
window.
