• Loyalty points can be earned for any towing (i.e. 1.5 pts) and shipyard (i.e. 3 pts) services.

• Loyalty points can be redeemed toward shipyard services only, not towing.• Loyalty points can be redeemed for scheduled shipyard services, not

emergency work, when Great Lakes Shipyard is the sole general contractor.• The conversion rate for loyalty points to rewards is 1% (i.e. 1 pt equals 1¢).• Loyalty points are redeemable the calendar year after being earned and

expire at the year’s end (e.g. loyalty points earned in 2014 can only be redeemed in 2015, and they expire at the end of 2015).

• Loyalty points cannot be earned on work paid with rewards; loyalty points are accumulated on amounts actually paid.

• Rewards redemption is limited to 10% of total invoice amount before sales taxes applicable, for scheduled Shipyard work.

• Rewards redemption is permitted on multiple invoices for schedule shipyard work.

• The Loyalty & Rewards Program is convenient: You are automatically enrolled, your point balance is maintained by The Great Lakes Group and available points will be applied to eligible shipyard invoices automatically.

GREAT LAKES SHIPYARDOur full-service shipyard specializes in every kind of marine construction and repair fabrications, conversions and refits for all U.S., Canadian and foreign flagged commercial and government vessels and barges. Our state-of-the-art shipyard is located in Cleveland, Ohio with a waterfront of approximately 2,000 lineal feet. An additional 3,800 lineal feet of waterfront is available on the Cuyahoga River proximate to the Shipyard.
