Due to the seasonal nature of many yacht itineraries, we understand the need for flexible mobile roaming solutions and have built a range of tariffs specifically for the yachting industry.With over 15 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge within the telecoms industry, we take great pride in delivering very high levels of customer service, helping you work on a global scale.

As our customer you will be able to take advantage of the following benefits:

Daily Monitoring - Usage monitoring is carried out on our entire fleet on a daily basis. Alerts are set at pre-determined levels (e.g. half of the bundle used).

One Provider, One Invoice - All your mobile requirements will be handled by us with a single point of contact for all services. We can provide assistance with questions about data usage in a particular destination, technical issues or information on our full range of voice and data tariffs.

Flexible Billing Solutions - Invoices can be tailored to your requirements: multiple yachts on one invoice; multiple solutions on one invoice or individual invoices. Separate invoices can also be produced for charters.

Our Portal - Our online portal allows you to easily view your call data and invoices. Multiple level access permissions can be set so a management company can view the yachts they look after or a Captain can view their own usage.

Technical Assistance - Our technical support staff provide assistance with the initial router configuration and can liaise directly with Chief Engineers, ETOs and current external IT support staff to quickly diagnose and correct any technical issues.
