    tenancy. Procedures of terminating ones contract vary depending on the type of

    move-out involved. Like the New Connection module, each step corresponds toan individual transaction involving multiple screens, as well as dialog modulesfrom other applications

    o Public Holiday Maintenance

    A dialog transaction that uploads and deletes public holiday entries in the SAP

    system. Flat files containing the holidays are entered in the custom program thatdoes the public holiday processing.

    Made analyses and recommendations on batch and online programs that need performance finetuning

    Tasked to delegate defects, track the status and perform QA on the appropriate fixes involvingprograms related to Customer Service during the post-go live phase of the project
