Insulation resistance measurement : ~ Insulation resistance measurement between Phase to Phase ~ Insulation resistance measurement between Phase to Neutral ~ Insulation resistance measurement between Phase to Ground ~ Insulation resistance measurement between Neutral to Ground Insulation resistance test as above will be done twice : A. Insulation resistance test before Voltage Withstand Test B. Insulation resistance test after Voltage Withstand Test

LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SWITCHBOARD TESTING PROCEDURES

1. Visual checking :~ Color check~ Name plate check

2. Structure checking :~ Box dimension check~ Door check ( including locking device )~ Main component placement check~ Live parts cover check

3. Wiring checking :~ Busbar check~ Power cable connection check~ Control cable connection check~ Control cable marker check

4. Insulation resistance measurement :~ Insulation resistance measurement between Phase to Phase~ Insulation resistance measurement between Phase to Neutral~ Insulation resistance measurement between Phase to Ground~ Insulation resistance measurement between Neutral to Ground

Insulation resistance test as above will be done twice :

A. Insulation resistance test before Voltage Withstand TestB. Insulation resistance test after Voltage Withstand Test

5. Voltage Withstand Test :Electrical switchboard will be tested with 2500Volt 50Hz for 60 seconds, if there is no flash over, then the switchboard passed the test.

6. System simulation :The switchboard will be given source 3PH 4W 380V 50Hz and operation simulation.
