The NRTC is the only U.S. Department of Education-funded center focused on employment outcomes of persons with blindness or low vision.

We plan to utilize data and information from NRTC to support the Low-Vision Audio Planner.

Smart phones can be complicated and expensive.

Current audio recorders and planners are not completely effective.
