• Low-cost ISBs can be used widely in the context of

Vietnam and developing countries, especially in

rural/disadvantaged areas:

– affordable costs;

– easy to do; and,

– most of necessary functions of a Smart Board can

be activated and employed.

• Teachers, students, technicians must be trained.

• Training courses on “Designing and Implementing Interactive Presentations” need to be built and

shared.

• Build a wealth of interactive resources.
