● Current State:○ Most requirements ready to move to MSD II○ Some re-evaluated as out of scope

● Major scope change○ Proof of concept prototype○ High level product design

● Create two mockups○ Analysis of stability and portability○ Dependant on Optics○ Talking to healthcare professionals

● Optical Subsystem still “black box”● All subsystems dependent on black box

○ High level design in place○ Feasibility must be tested

● Preliminary testing○ Use borrowed components○ Alter/iterate design

● Budget finalization○ Depends on optics, large cost○ Current needs: ~$2000 + borrowed components

● Camera/adaptive optics must be selected○ Allow Pedro to move forward

● Control systems can then be evaluated○ Motor controls, speed etc.○ Alignment system can move forward
