Why is there often such a differencebetween intention and action? I have an open door policy!

It’s not about me.
..for both of us.
I thought that went rather well..
..yet somehow often trapped.
Can this ‘puzzle of practice’ be explained largely by the speed of our times?
Perhaps the speed at which we livemakes it harder to transact intent.
