LOUD Summit is based on countless hours of research and interviews with today’s Millen-nial. It doesn’t guess – it answers the needs and the questions that this generation is asking. This is key, because it’s based on the needs of the generation, not the assumptions of culture.

Many Millennials fear entering the doors of a sanc-tuary, but they will enter the doors of a conference. Colleen has traveled the globe minstering at various churches, colleges and conferences speak-ing to audiences ranging in age from 9 – 101.

She speaks on inter-generation-al communication, reaching mil-lennials within the workplace and church and breaking down gener-ational assumptions.

Jared has been working in various different areas of Video Production for 5 years, includ-

ing a few tours with Acquire The Fire. He is

passionate about working with College Stu-

dents, loves to travel and go on adventures.

Graphic Designer

Natisha Mathis is 25 and was born and

raised in Jacksonville, FL. She enjoys being

the youngest of 3 siblings and working at The

Church of Jacksonville as a Media Assistant.

ANI KARABASHIAN BOBBAY DOSTIE

Pastoral and Prayer Director

After serving for 14 years at The Church of

Grace and Peace, Bobbay felt the Lord call-

ing him to serve as a missionary in Flushing,

Queens, and moved to New York for the next

5 years. He is now living in NJ and using his

gifts to encourage others.

Assistant & LOUD Story Director

Ani just graduated in May (PRAISES) from

Gordon College with a degree in Social

Work. She works for FoodCorps, which fo-

cuses on connecting kids to healthy foods in

school through gardening, taste tests, and

nutrition lessons!

David Kinnaman, author of unChristian & You Lost Me, suggests, “The dropout problem touches countless students, parents, and faith leaders, but many of these have only a vague grasp of what, exactly, the dropout phenomenon is. The first step in the discovery process is to understand two simple facts: Teenagers are some of the most religiously active Americans. American twentysomethings are the least religiously active.”

LOUD is different, because it incoorperates the questions and doubts Millennails are struggling with and dares to engage them in REAL and RELEVANT conversation - It dares to give them a REASON to love and serve Christ!

Arthur Levine and Diane R. Dean, authors of Generation on a Tight-rope, conducted an undergraduate study, which revealed, “More than four out of five students said they were very interested in global issues.” Millennials view globalization as their goal, which is why they value collaboration, transperancy, flexibility and open-minded discussion. This generation wants to be more than an “attendee”. They want to be Christian men and women of influence - they want to Live Out Their Destiny.
