Fuchsia Class have been doing some excellent work this half-term learning about the

seaside and pirates. We have been making big and little sandcastles, exploring bubbles

and how to make bubbles using different tools, investigating ‘wet’ and ‘dry’ materials

while making our own seaside playdough. We have been roleplaying being pirates and

walking the plank and learning lots of new pirate songs, our favourite one so far is

‘Portside Pirates’. With the weather being so lovely, we have been going out on lots of

walks and recently we visited the park and did so well sharing the equipment and

playing together. We hope to see you for Sport’s Day so that we can show off all of our

skills that we have been practicing so very hard. We have had a wonderful year togeth-

er and made some very sweet friendships with one another. We want to wish you an

amazing and safe summer.
