to follow pattern. Create standards for construction and detailed sewing instruction (Tech Packs) for Stitches. Attend fit sessions on live models, helping review overall fit & construction details of garments & Adjust production pattern according to the fitting
comments. Update patterns in accordance to brand requirements and fittings. Maintain fit standards and related technical information. Identified problems and/or opportunities, makes recommendations and takes a leadership role with the
implantation of solutions that improve quality of garment development. Applies technical expertise to trouble shoot hold ups and remove bottle necks in development and pre-production engineering process. Creates maker for every style.
