MAKING SERVICING EASY

Being a lexus Encore member entitles you to our servicing benefits during the factory warranty period. Lexus can pick up your vehicle from your home or office, have it serviced, then deliver it back to you. Alternatively, you can choose to leave and pick up your vehicle yourself and enjoy a complimentary loan car during service.

LEXUS DRIVECARE

Assistance above and beyond the call. The Lexus 4-year or 100,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first) includes our DriveCare program, providing you with 24-hour roadside assistance during your Lexus Warranty period. Lexus has 900 response centres around the country, so you’re assured of prompt assistance when you need it.

SYDNEY PREMIUM TICKETING SERVICE

A premium ticketing service will operate for all Encore members in NSW and ACT who wish to book tickets for performances at Sydney Opera House. When you book in advance, you will receive a pack that consists of vouchers for: a program, two complimentary standard drinks and complimentary parking at the Sydney Opera House Wilson Car Park. The Sydney Premium Ticketing Service is open 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturday 10am - 6pm, on 1300 132 767.
