The only thing in life that doesn't change is change itself. Changes come expectedly and unexpectedly. Some changes bring joy. Some bring sadness. And almost always, they bring challenges and uncertainty. Who do you come to when life is hard? Where do you
go? Do you need someone right now, someone who cares? Someone who listens? Perhaps Stephen Ministry is just what you need!
Stephen Ministry is one way our congregation provides high-quality care and outreach to hurting people in our church and community. Whether you lost someone you loved dearly, are going through a spiritual crisis, or simply want to talk to someone who cares, Stephen Ministers are ready to provide emotional and spiritual support when you need it most. The identity of those receiving care and the subject of each caring relationship remains confidential.
Contact Associate Pastor Mike Lassiter at 816-781-2824 ext. 307 or [email protected], or Referral Coordinator Carol Kingery at 816-916-8407 or [email protected], to request a Stephen Minister.
