Angela, the Store Manager, can run an END OF DAY REPORT each business day showing all net activity since the last time the report was run.

DEPOSIT REPORT

Each time Jessica, a retail clerk, drops cash in the safe, she receives a DROP REPORT indicating precisely how much cash he dropped. The receipt shows the total money dropped into the system with a detailed breakdown of the drop by denomination.

At the end of his shift, Jessica runs an END OF SHIFT REPORT that provides a complete list of his shift activity.

Jim, a highly trained Loomis Guard, stops by your retail location on a regularly scheduled basis. When he opens the safe door to remove cash for deposit, a DEPOSIT REPORT is generated automatically. This report provides a detailed total of the cash being removed from the safe.

Jim provides a receipt for your deposit, starting an audit trail that is completed when Loomis delivers the deposit to your bank.
