Milestones were agreed and set to allow us to check progress against the plan. These key points, events and actions have specific dates and will inevitably change and evolve, but set a clear route and a time line for us to follow.Key Performance Indicators, all of which are measurable, have been devised to create a clear and effective way of monitoring progress and seeing how effective the plan is in its implementation. With the use of more quantifiable data we hope that the Board will be more closely informed about the school´s progress.
