Software Support for Teachers & Students
Acer Software Support is a service that helps
teachers and students resolve software issues
outside business hours or during school holidays.
This service operates between 6am and 12am
(Eastern Standard Time), 7 days a week. During this
period, teachers and students can call our friendly
and professional software support team for basic
software issues such as:
− Obtaining guidance in using Microsoft Office
suites*
− Connecting computer to an existing wired/
wireless network
− Configuring the email program to access email
accounts
* We may provide support to other software applications upon request.

Damage Protection
Accidents are a part of life – but when they occur, knowing how to manage them
effectively is what really matters. Acer can have you well prepared with an effective
solution with our Damage Protection Service.
Acer Damage Protection safeguards you against unintentional damage, such as
unintentional liquid spills, electrical surges, drops, falls and/or other collisions.
You will have peace of mind knowing that Acer will have your equipment back to
operating condition during these unfortunate events with a few simple steps.
A simple process – As you are dealing directly with the manufacturer, there is a central
point of contact for both warranty and damage protection enquires. Acer makes the
claim process very convenient.
After speaking with our friendly technical support staff, Acer will take the appropriate
steps to help ensure that your product is back in working order as quickly as possible.
