Complete Entrance Loan Counseling

Takes 20-30 minutes to complete

Loans will

NOT voucher until the counseling requirement

is satisfied

Remain Eligible for Financial Aid

Maintain at least half-time enrollment (6 hours/semester).

Maintain 3.0 cumulative GPA. Report scholarships. Report tuition assistance received from

employer. Use employer reimbursement to pay following

semester’s cost.

Disbursement of Aid

When is aid released? At the start of each semester See “Funds release” via CASH page

What is paid? Any outstanding UT debt

(i.e. program fee)

Where does remaining aid go? See “Where’s my Check” via UT Direct or “Funds Release” via

CASH

NOTE: In most cases, there are no remaining funds
