Develop PLANS to see if the project is achievable:
P = Purpose of the projectL = Learning that must take placeA = Adaptations required by stakeholdersN = Needs (human, physical, financial)S = Support required to meet needs

PLANS As a group, complete each of the
sections for PLANS Refer to the PLANS as you move
through MAP and ACT, which is the means for creating the action plan and time line for the project

Action Plan: MAP/ ACTCreate a Main Activity and Products
Map (MAP):A MAP is a hierarchy of all the things a project needs
to produce (physical, human, financial) in order to achieve its objectives.
A Main Activity is anything that you would need to do with people to move the project forward.
A Product is anything you might need to produce for the project.

Action Plan: MAP/ ACTDeveloping the MAP:
Generate as many ideas for activities and products as possible on post-it notes- one idea per post-it note
Post on chart paper, or organize using graphic organizer on computer
Order them in sequence

Create an Activity Completion Timetable (ACT)ACT is all the tasks that need to be completed to
produce the activities and products of the project:
Write down as many tasks as possible related to the activities and products
List who, when, where, amount of time for tasks Organize MAP in a graphic (post-its or power point)
