As a contracted advertiser, I will submit ad copy written within the guidelines supplied including camera-ready copy. Andrea Sulsona of Palacio Magazine reserves the right of final approval ofthe form or content of proposed copy. Neither I nor the business I represent will hold Palacio Magazine, Andrea Sulsona or its agents liable for damages resulting in any incorrectly printed copy of photo-graphs. All advertising is subject to Palacio Magazine approval. Palacio Magazine reserves the right to cancel any ad for any reason at any time. Palacio Magazine and it publisher assumes no liability if for any reason it becomes necessary to omit an advertisement. The advertiser represents that the advertising submitted for publication contains nothing which can result in claims against Palacio Magazine or its publisher, and it agrees to indemnify Palacio Magazine and its publisher against any damages and expenses arising from its publication.
