INTRODUCTION Presenting Lone Wolf a very active late model Nordhavn 62’ that has been outfitted over the past two year with extensive upgrades (purchased in May, 2008) in preparation for her successful Pacific crossing and subsequent island hopping exploration. She has explored the South Pacific (after crossing from Mexico) this past season and her bachelor owner has a new fiancée who would like to explore other land-based adventures so Lone Wolf is now available for sale. Her present location in New Zealand ideally positions her for a continuation of the Pacific…or to continue west and visit new horizons. The Nordhavn 62 is PAE’s second model and truly has a cult following. The last new build was delivered in 2010 (hull 38) so Lone Wolf is about as close to a new build as you can get and she shares the most popular build features including tier II electronic Lugger main with dry stack exhaust, Lugger wing engine, Northern Lights generator, Wesmar APU get home, Cruisair air conditioning, full hydraulics package, ABT active fin stabilizers, stern bustle, wide body saloon and 4 stateroom layout. Her electronics are complimented with a Far Sounder sonar mounted in the front of her bulbous bow and upgrades for extended passage making include a 300 gallon diesel fuel bladder to allow long travel at higher speeds. It may be possible to order a new 62…the molds are sitting in a field in Taiwan, but the expense and wait would need to be compared with the convenience and price of picking up Lone Wolf right now - proven, tested and ready to head right back out to sea. Inside Lone Wolf you will find the luxury and craftsmanship that the Ta Shing yard in Taiwan is world famous for. The interior wood joinery is the upgraded “Andrew Winch” style. Taking advantage of all of the previous builds Lone Wolf has many upgrades including two large windows on each side of the saloon (instead of three small) and larger, oval portlights (not the original round ones). This 62 has an impressive pilothouse with Pompanette helm chair, great access and visibility to sophisticated electronics and a comfortable bench behind the helm for guests to gather underway. MAIN SALON Entering the salon through a wide watertight door you are immediately struck by beauty, elegance and openness, this is an area that both flows and provides numerous comfortable seating arrangements. There are two barrel chairs to port, surrounding an entertainment island with a large flat screen television on a concealed lift behind. To starboard in the saloon is a beautiful dinette with the popular fixed teak table with removable center leaf. The teak and spruce flooring balances the beautiful teak interior panels. GALLEY The huge outboard window forward in the galley complements the saloon windows and accentuates your view from the galley. The soles are Travertine and the counters are granite. The drawers have been loaded with silverware, and cooking utensils.

MASTER STATEROOM Forward of the galley is a hallway which starts outboard to starboard with the electrical panel and finds the master immediately to port which focuses on a large island berth with custom mattress running fore/aft on centerline. Forward is a head with shower. There is a full length dressing mirror at the back of the door. A large flat screen television is mounted on the forward bulkhead. There is an incredible amount of storage for clothes with drawers and hanging lockers.

HALLWAY Gorgeous teak and spruce floors reflect up to the varnished teak panels of the hall which runs the full length of the living quarters. At the beginning of the hallway to starboard is the ships main electrical panel with all of the necessary breakers and panels easily readable and logically labeled. This is convenient being right across from the master stateroom and also close to the engine room which is accessed from the same area. Just before the end of the hallway forward are a separate Asko washer and dryer with a concealed folding board.

ADDITIONAL STATEROOMS Lone Wolf has a wonderful centerline hallway that leads to a VIP stateroom to port, a double bunk cabin to starboard and a forward cabin. Each cabin has its’ own head (with vacuflush toilet) and shower and there is good ventilation with hatches overhead and portlights outboard. The mattresses are all custom inner spring with fitted sheets. There are lots of lockers and drawers. The soles are teak and spruce. Outboard hull ceilings are painted white wood. Each of these staterooms provides a comfortable and private accommodation for your guests. PILOT HOUSE Heading aloft you gather in the pilothouse where an incredible 360 degree view awaits. The forward dash houses four wonderful display (each trimmed with teak visors) and all of the navigation and communications electronics you could possibly desire are conveniently installed for ease of operation while underway. There is a dedicated chart surface to starboard and a nice office desk aft, outboard to starboard. Behind the helm is a nice bench seat area with lush varnished table and a watch berth aft atop a deep freezer.

PILOT HOUSE DESK One of the great places to relax on this 62 is up in the pilothouse. When you are off watch, but want to stay near the action you will appreciate the built in desk with swing out chair which can be set up as an underway office complete with file drawers

UPPER AFT DECK Leaving the wheelhouse and heading aft you will find the “back patio” which has a fiberglass table, forward facing built in seating and two aft facing built in seats. The area is covered with a stainless awning top and is a wonderful place to enjoy the view both underway and at anchor. Also the at anchor flopper stopper poles and stainless flopper plates to settle the boat when moored are positioned.

• The entire aft deck from the pilothouse door aft is protected by a stainless awning covered with a stamoid weather proof top.

flopper hinged plate bridle assemblies. PORTUGUESE BRIDGE DECK Forward of the wheelhouse is a magnificent protected turret from which you can safely marvel at the sweeping ocean views. This deck is meant for easy access foot traffic and is widely spaced and features a varnished teak cap with stainless handrail. There are docking stations outboard port and starboard and a huge storage locker just forward of the pilothouse windows.

dock and view the entire length of the yacht and control it’s motion with everything you need right at your finger tips: autopilot, remote bow and stern thrusters and main engine

• Flood lights for foredeck FOREDECK You can reach the foredeck from the starboard side deck or from the center access provided in the Portuguese bridge. Prominently positioned on centerline is polished stainless steel crane. Your anchor/ground tackle gear is forward and supported by the hydraulic windlass. There is a shore power copse to starboard.

COCKPIT The cockpit area boasts a built in sink, electric barbeque, icemaker and storage cabinets. Centered and forward is a Maxwell electric warping winch for stern anchoring assistance. There is an aft docking control station, located outboard to starboard atop the console. The lazarette beneath houses air conditioning compressors, the emergency tiller and has plenty of room to stow gear. The aft surrounding cap rail is deeply varnished teak,

STERN BUSTLE The stern bustle built in aft of the cockpit provides a large swim platform and dinghy docking deck. The voluminous bustle chamber adds great storage for your diving and fishing gear. The bustle also houses the hydraulic stern thruster.

ENGINE ROOM The engine room is a long, broad area with a nice seating area to starboard where you can view the machinery and keep in touch with the pulse of your ship. The Lugger L1276A electronic engine sits beautifully on center with the shrouded exhaust traveling aft before turning up to the exhaust stack. On the starboard side aft is the Lugger wing engine. There is a dedicated “day” supply tank to feed the engines and all of the Racor fuel filters and the fuel manifolds are forward to starboard for easy access and manipulation. On the port side forward is the fresh water system, followed aft by the generator. A built in sea chest delivers sea water to the various engines and pumps that require cooling. This is an engine room that is easy to manage and you are low and centered while underway.
