How to Print to the MFD
1. When your document is ready, press Control + P or select “Print” fromthe File menu.
2. Select the printer from the drop-down menu in the printer name box, which will be called either FollowMe Mono or FollowMe Colour, depending on whether you are printing in black and white or colour .
3. Set the number of prints required.
4. Click on Properties to select the Document Style and Finishing options are set as required (duplex or stapling - Default is set to double sided to save paper).
5. Click OK for all settings and OK to print.
6. Collect prints from MFD.

Printing Preferences
Select Single orDouble Sided printing.(The default setting is double-sided to save paper). You must select single-sided fromproperties and also settings if you want to change this.

After completing your document send it to print.
Select either:
FollowMe Mono or FollowMe Colourprinter.
Select Print
NOTE:
When your print has been sent to a FollowMe queue you can go to any of the FollowMe printers and photocopiers that are situated around the site to retrieve your prints. Prints will be stored in the print queue for a maximum of 24 hours, after which they will be automatically deleted.
It is recommend that the file size should not exceed 750mb.

When you arrive at the MFD the control screen should look like this:

At this stage you can elect to select and release print jobs, or access the copy and scan functionality which the device affords.

When authentication has been successful you will be presented with the

Once you have authenticated at the MFD (see Page 8 for details):
Select Enable Mono or Colour Copy & Scan Functions from the Pcounter
Home Screen:
This takes you to the Device Home Screen, where you can select Copy.

IMPORTANT: On completion of your photocopying select Logout in the top right hand-side of the LCD control screen. This will return you to the Pcounter Home Screen, where you can choose to release print jobs or access Copy and Scan functionality.
On the left hand-side of the Copy screen you can make paper tray selections, input the type of original—single or double-sided, and tell the machine how you would like the job to
On the right hand-side of the Copy screen you can preview the pages you have put through the feeder to ensure that they all look ok—before beginning your copy job.

Once you have authenticated at the MFD (see Page 8 for details) you will always land on the Pcounter Home Screen.
Releasing Prints at the MFD
NB: Print Jobs will only be held for a period of 24 hours from the
time the job gets sent. If jobs have not been released during this
timeframe they will get deleted from the system.
You have two print choices available to you:
Print Selection—which is where you choose the jobs to print, or;
Print all jobs—which is where you elect to print all the jobs youhave waiting;

You can delete jobs in a similar way. Select the jobs which are no longer
required and then simply select Delete at the top of the touch screen.
To release a print job you have to select it. You do this by simply tapping
the job on the touch screen. Once the job has been selected it can be
released by selecting Print (top of the touch screen).
To release all of the print jobs Select all at the top of the touch screen,
this will automatically print all of your jobs which are awaiting release:

To return to the Pcounter Home Screen you simply press the Home button
on the right of the touch screen:
Important
When you return to the Pcounter Home Screen, you MUST logout by
pressing the Logout button which is in the top right hand-side of the
Pcounter Home Screen.

Once you have authenticated at the MFD (see Page 8 for details), you can select Enable Mono, or Colour Copy & Scan Functionality.
This takes you to the Device Home Screen which is where you can select
Scan to Email, Scan to Google or Scan to USB.

The software is set to automatically scan documents directly back to the
authenticated user’s email inbox. Once the documents have been
inserted into the document feeder and the scan settings have been set,
selecting Scan2me the on the right-hand side of the control panel will

Scan to Google Drive
Scan to Google Drive will only work if you have linked your google
account. You can follow the link on screen to do this.
If your account has already been linked you can click on the Google
Drive icon in the middle of the screen to initiate your scan.
Feed the documents into the feeder, give the file a
meaningful name and press Scan in the top right
hand corner to begin the scan process.

Scan to USB
If you select Scan to USB you will be prompted to connect your memory
device. The USB port is on the front of the device underneath where are
prompted to “Swipe Card Here.”
IMPORTANT: On completion of your scanning select Logout at the top of the touch screen.
To return to the Pcounter Home Screen you simply press the Home
button on the right of the touch screen:
