THE BACKSTAGE AREA

The backstage area is located adjacent to the catwalk room, in a 100 square meter room which will be equipped with everything a designer’s

team needs to prepare for their show.

Access to Backstage Areas: Designers and their teams can access their backstage area 3 hours before their show time to start preparing for their show. A PR representative will be situated at the backstage entrance (along with our door staff) at least

30 minutes before show start times and also for 30 minutes after the show to make sure appropriate people are given access to backstage.

Backstage Passes:

Backstage security wristbands will be issued on arrival to any persons on a designers’ backstage list. The project manager will issue each designer’s PR representative with backstage passes for press access, which they can

then distribute accordingly to press and photographers.

Branding: The backstage area will include a catering room with fresh food and drinks provided for each designer’s team. On average there will be 50+ people

per show, plus visiting VIP’s, press and celebrities. There are opportunities for sponsors to position product and branding in this

backstage area, which will be heavily photographed due to the VIP and press presence and will also feature in the event films.
