Residential property prices in the London Borough of Bromley
have fallen 1.7% in the 12 months to November 2018. Looking
further back, average house prices in the Borough are presently
67.1% higher than 10 years ago.
Housing Stock

Sector (PRS), with 69.1% owner-occupied, and 12.8% social
housing.
Rental Markets
Average monthly rents in the borough are £1,250, with rents in
