Experts now predict prices will stabilize and are likely to shift

upward. In Naples, first-quarter median sales prices already

reflect this trend, with a 17 percent increase over 2011.

The Club at Mediterra has expanded its wine list from 100 to 300 selections, tripling

the opportunity for members to discover favorite new vintages from around the

world, according to Zak Brzytwa, Sommelier and Food and Beverage Manager.

“our goal was to provide more choices,”

says Brzytwa. “It’s not about expensive

vs. inexpensive – we have both.

We wanted to offer a more well-rounded

Wine sales have doubled, with some members calling ahead to have their
