SPECIAL WARRANT (No. 1), 2017-18

Pursuant to subsections 19(2) and (3) of the FinancialAdministration Act, the Commissioner in Executive Councilorders

1 An amount of up to $426,975,000 may be paid fromthe consolidated revenue fund in accordance with theattached Schedules A and B.

2 Payments made under this special warrant may bemade for the purpose of financing government operationsfor the period April 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017 as set forth inSchedule A.

Le commissaire en conseil exécutif, conformément auxparagraphes 19(2) et (3) de la Loi sur la gestion des financespubliques, établit le mandat spécial suivant :

1 Il peut être prélevé sur le Trésor du Yukon unmontant maximal de 426 975 000 $ en conformité avec lesannexes A et B ci-jointes.

2 Les montants prélevés au titre du présent mandatspécial le sont dans le but de financer les activités dugouvernement pour la période allant du 1er avril 2017 au 30juin 2017, telles qu’elles sont énumérées à l’annexe A.
