Tape Stretching Lines
Suitable to process PP/HDPE tapes for wide variety of applications such as woven/knitted bags, jumbo bags (FIBC's), carpet backing, tarpaulins, wrapping fabrics, ropes and twine etc. The processing speedranges from 350 mpm to 600 mpm.
LOREX series based on conventional stretching process, have been serving Raffia Industry for the last 3 decades and is available with melt extrusion capacities ranging from 260 kg/hr to 900 kg/hr.
duotec series is available with a unique Dual Stage Stretching Technology. It is the most revolutionary innovation in Raffia Industry till date.
Tape Winders
For winding flat/fibrillated tapes of different widths, with speed up to 500 m/min to produce cross-wound packages in 200/250/300 mm traverse length for knitting, circular/flat weaving applications. The latest autoroto enables auto transfer of tapes from full package to empty tube and can wind tapes with speed of up to 600 m/min.
Extrusion Coating Machine
With extrusion melt capacity of 330 kg/hr, working width of 1600 mm and speed up to 150 m/min for single/double sided coating of flat/tubular fabric with PP/LDPE. The option for lamination of BOPP films is also available.
Printing Machine
6 colour flexographic roll-to-roll printing machine is suitable for very fine quality printing on PP/HDPE woven fabric at speed up to 150 m/min. Distinctively designed and precisely machined, equipped with new generation electronics, this machine maintains accuracy over long dependable life and ensures optimum performance.
PP Yarn Spinning
babylofil HT, lofil 40/4 HT, lofil 80/8 HT are compact and modular solutions for spinning small batches of High Tenacity PP multi-filament yarns which are ready to use as sewing yarn for stitching of woven sacks or jumbo bags.
Conversion Machine
The bcs 850/45 measures out PP/HDPE woven tubular fabric, cuts them to pre-set length, bottom folds and stitches to deliver neat stacks of bags. The output is up to 45 bags/min depending on the size and weight of the fabric. The conversion of both laminated and non-laminated fabric rolls is possible.
The valvomatic conversion line produces both sides stitched valve bags for packaging of pulverous/granular material.
Special purpose machines for FIBCs (jumbo bags) manufacturing like fabric/belt cutting, baffle panel/profile/hole cutting, bag cleaning and hydraulic bale press are available.
Circular Looms
The high performance circular looms weave tubular or flat fabric from PP or HDPE tapes. The combination of latest technology and excellent workmanship, these looms are designed to weave light to heavy fabrics suitable for variety of end applications.
4 shuttle loom for open mesh (leno weave) fabric for packaging of perishable fruits/vegetables. It is also available in special version to weave ventilated fabric having air permeability.
6 shuttle loom to cater vast range of applications like packaging of cement, fertilizers, polymer granules, chemicals, seeds, husk, animal feed etc. It also comes for weaving of wider width fabrics for applications like jumbo bags (FIBC's), packaging fabric, lumber wrap and other similar applications.
8 & 10 shuttle looms are designed for production of wide width fabrics for jumbo bags (FIBC's), tarpaulins, geo textiles, agro textiles etc.
The new nova series of looms produces excellent weaving quality with higher working speeds.
