Logo Clear Space

Grey area indicates logo “safe zone.” Other graphics and visual el-ements can be placed up to the adjoining red

area boundary.

Logo Construction

The F and R are staggered with the R top

left corner aligned with the middle bar of the F.

The F and R are NOT attached or joined

together. An 1/8 inch of space exists between the

two letters.

The letter fill color is Vegas Gold or PMS 4545. Each letter is

outlined in PMS 655. Background is white or

transparent.

This is the secondary font used for the logo typeface. It was digitally enhanced by the logo

designer to create a look that is unique to Franklin Regional.

When to Use:

It can also be used for text in brochures and general correspondence.

Typeface Family

The only two font styles used for the FR logo are Gotham Book and Gotham Medium. Gotham Bold is

not part of the logo, but can be used

in other forms to enhance District typeface in brochures, letters, website,

etc.The Gotham family of fonts has

40 types of San Serif/Gothic fonts available in medium, light, narrow,

bold, and book.This font is widely used for corporate

logos and signage around the world. It was developed in 2000 for digital use.

Franklin Regional School District Logo & Branding Identity Guidelines

This is the primary font used for the logo typeface. It was digitally enhanced by the logo designer to create a look that is unique to Franklin Regional.

When to Use:

It can also be used when a strong emphasis needs placed on brochures and general correspondence.

This font was NOT used for the logo typeface.

When to Use:

It can also be used when the designer wishes to keep with the logo typeface theme and wishes

to place a strong emphasis on wording in advertisements, publications, and the website.

logo with sizes ranging from 100% to 25%.

This is the flat color version that can be used when the design requires a cleaner

aesthetic.

This is the flat color version can be used for higher qualit, b/w print reproduction where

a finer half-tone screen is used or needed.

Written Consent for Use

The logo may not be used or duplicated in any way by those not working for the District unless given written

consent from the Office of the Superintendent.

If your organization wishes to use the logo in a publication, for an item for sale, or other use, please contact the

Communications Department for the District.

Do Not Alter the Logo

Do not dhange or alter the FR logo in any way. This is the official branding

of the District and is the official logo that has been accepted and

approved.

The logo is presented in the official FR colors. Do not add to or use any

other colors in the logo.

The logo may be screened at 50% or 25% as long as it does not alter the

original design of the logo.

Business Cards

This is the officially accepted business card for all District employees

who need such a tool. This is the acceptable layout. The font is Gotham

Book and Gotham Medium and the PMS Colors of 4545 and 655 are required. Bondi Printing holds the

template for the card. Contact your manager for permission, if you need

to order business cards.

Letterhead

This is the officially Letterhead for the entire District. What is shown is the required design and layout

of the letterhead. No other designs should be used. Letterhead is NOT

personalized for individual employees or departments. The font is Gotham

Book and Gotham Medium and the PMS Colors of 4545 and 655

are required. Bondi Printing holds the template for the letterhead. An electronic version of the letterhead

is on the “P” drive for employee download and use.
