(Magadan, Khabarovsk, Blagoveschensk, Chukutka).

Production capacity of the plant allows to produce (per month):- Steel welded H-beam – 350 tons,- Steel constructions (any type – columns, tower, trusses, girders, transporters, overpasses, galleries, service platforms, conveyor systems) - up to 250 tons,- Spare parts and technological equipment for mining, crushing, sorting, transport industry – up to 130 tons,- Machining products (turning, milling – processing) – up to 30 tons,- Thermal diffusion zink-galvanizing DISTEC – up to 20 tons.

Since 2013 our company produces welding H-Beam (according to STO ASCM 20-93 or other projects).Parameters of produced H-beam:-Height – 200-1500mm,-Width – 150-1000mm-Thickness of steel plate– 5-40mm-Length – up to 15000mmThe production is certified in Russian system – GOST R. During producing process we use certified welding equipment (Kjellberg, Lincoln Electric, Lorch) and materials – wire & flux (Boehler Voestaline Austria).

Also, another key area of our production activity is metal machining and fasteners producing, made of different materials - st.3, 20, 45, 40Cr, 09Mn2Si, 30CrMnSi etc, and also stainless steel – 12Cr18Ni10Ti, 18CrVnTi etc.In our company we use different equipment – either universal or CNC-machines.Parameters of turning in our company:-Length – up to 3500mm,- Diameter of the work piece – up to 500mmParameters of milling in our company :- Overall size – 1000*2000mm- maximum weight of one part – up to 1.500 kgWe carry out serial production of hex bolts, imbus bolts, round/squared – bolt heads and other types of bolts, threaded rods, steel nuts (from М36 up to М80), different special details for mining and metallurgical industry any strength grade (.8, 10,9, 12.9).Also we make thermal diffusion zinc-galvanizing (GOST 9.316-2006) and thermal processing.

First of all ZMiS (since 2010) produced spare part and elements of mining, crushing, concentrating, conveyor equipment, especially :- Blades, vanes, clamps for submersible classifier,- Elements of mill armor,- vibro-supports for mills and crushers,- conveyor rolls different sizes, also lined with rubber,- driving or non-driven drums and pulleys,- armor bolts,- cyclones, hydro- cyclones and dust collectors.During processing we use rolled steel, rubber, bearings made in Russia or European Union.All these products are certified, welding and assembly technology is certified-NAKS.

Our company is rather small, but industry capacity allows to produce other types of products.Focusing on the future and growing needs of the market for high-quality and modern products, we will be happy to offer You :- Wire (armature) bending products (any type and form) using CNC-bending line,- hot stamping services using special presses (up to 3000 KN) and horizontal forging machine with CNC-controller (Siemens) – 2500 KN,- bending services (press-brake and roller-bending machines),-Production of non-standard equipment and tools,-shot blasting and painting,-Thermal diffusion galvanizing and electric arc metallization (Zinc, Aluminum etc).

Modern conditions dictate new requirements to product quality.For the implementation of the incoming, operational and final control our company ZMiS purchased special equipment and passed certification of equipment, specialists and laboratory technological process in following directions :- accreditation of the laboratory according to the methods – Ultrasonic, visual and measuring, capillary (penetrant), - passed the certification of manufactured products in the system GAZPROMCERT and GOST R;- Implemented the ISO certification 9001;- Welding technology is certified in the NAKS system. Maintenance of WPS documentation.The plant has the appropriate equipment for quality control of incoming metal and finished products :emission stylist, coating thickness gauge, ultrasonic flaw detector, hardness tester, measuring instruments, gauges, PH meterand other equipments and means of control.
