1995 Foundation of the company LOGISPED in Zilina, Slovakia.

1996 Specialization in the rail transport. Logistics solutions combining the rail technology.

1997 Partnership with the Slovak Railway (ŽSR) and the AAE company leads to implementing the wagon fleet of ŽSR by the most modern high-capacity wagons of the Habbins-type.

1998 Long-term cooperation with foreign partners, participation in the “block-trains” to Balkan countries. Regular transports to Western Europe and to the CIS-countries.

1999 Distribution chains with buffer warehouse and consequent organization of the truck distribution "Just In Time“ (More than 500 shipments to EU)

2000 Enlarging the wagon fleet with high-capacity private wagons of 260 cbm loading capacity

2001 Operating 4 buffer warehouses in Czech Republic and Slovakia

2002 More than 150 wagons shipped to Greece and delivered by truck to the final consignees

2003 Significant increase in wagon shipments to the CIS-countries.

2004 Design and introduction of the Heeirrs wagon – loading capacity of 460 cbm

2005 The most successful business performance - turnover of 7.5 million Euros
