You will be brought to a loading screen as shown here. When it completes the sign in, close the browser window and you are able to use your program.
The first time logging in you will be prompted to input your name and birthdate. After inputting the information you will not be asked for this information again.
When you open an Adobe CC Application, you will be prompted to sign in. On the login screen, click on ‘Google’ (A) at the bottom.

Input your Maricopa email address ([email protected]) (A) and press ‘Next’ (B). You will be brought to a new screen. Enter your MEID(C) and Password (D) then hit enter to continue.
