Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC) is the integrated web-based solution that Cisco 1-Tier and 2-Tier Partners, Service Providers and Direct Customers use to quote, manage, and book service orders. CSCC is also used to manage service contracts and renewal opportunities.

NOTE: Currently the only fully supported web browsers in CSCC are:

Internet Explorer versions 7, 8 and 9 for Windows XP

STEP 1: Log into Cisco Services Contract Center (CSCC)

• Step 1A: Launch your web browser and navigate to the following URL:

• Cisco Service Contract Center

• Step 1B: In the Existing User section, enter CCO ‘User name’ and ‘Password’.

• Step 1C: Click ‘Log In’.

NOTE: If you are

currently not

registered to use

CSCC, you can

register by clicking

‘Register Now’.

NOTE: Multiple users using a single CCO ID is not recommended and can cause inconsistency in the tool

Critical Alert Messages

• A popup will appear upon login when there are critical alert messages.

• To view the message in full, click on ‘More’.

• The message opens in a new window.

• To view previous messages, click the “Show All” link to navigate to the Message Archive screen.

• Click ‘OK’ to dismiss the popup alert and continue to the CSCC Dashboard.

NOTE: The alert will continue to appear each time you log into CSCC

• To prevent a critical alert message(s) from appearing again, click the checkbox next to ‘Do not show this message again’.

• Click ‘Ok’. The selected alert message(s) will no longer appear when you login.

• After logging in, you will shown a Distributor agreement acknowledging that you agree to the terms and conditions for using the tool.

• To agree, click ‘OK’.

• After logging in and agreeing to the Distributor agreement, you will be taken to the

DASHBOARD of CSCC which is the landing page.

Important Note: The “Close Window” hyperlink has been removed from ALL the screens

accessed from the Estimates/Quotes tab.

• A Logout hyperlink will be added to the CSCC Header, which will allow the user to log out of CSCC

• As soon as the user clicks the ‘Logout’ link, he/she will be reminded to save any uncommitted

changes before he/she will be logged out of the current session, as well as any other concurrent

sessions opened. The user will then be presented with a CSCC Login screen.

NOTE: When changing Preferences in the

Preferences window, user can use the ‘Logout’

button instead of closing the browser to save

Preferences changes.

Tabs and Sub-Tabs

• Separate interfaces (tabs) that correspond to high-level steps in the Cisco quoting, ordering, and contract management process.

• Roll over one of the tabs with mouse and a secondary menu appears, giving access to various system functions.

Main Panel

• The central working and data display area, where you will execute specific functions

(contracts, quotes, site address, etc) by selecting from either the Quotes, Contracts or the

Request Status sections of the Dashboard.

Title/Screen Trail

• Title showing where you are in the system, and screen trail indicating how you got there.

General Tab and Secondary Menu

• Dashboard – The entry point of the system, where you get direct access to contracts.

• Request Status – A listing of your offline requests, along with detailed status information on each of them.

• Reports – Access to predefined CSCC reports, including the User Contract Registration Report and the Order Summary Report.

• Important Links – A listing of links to online information that can help you use CSCC and complete your service contract management and quoting and ordering tasks more efficiently.

• Address Management – Direct access to the CSCC Address Books and related functionality, which allows you to create and manage customer site addresses.

Contracts Tab and Secondary Menu

• Contract Manager – The primary listing of your CSCC contracts, both current and overdue.

You will use this listing to access your contracts so you can review or extend service

coverage on them.

• Asset Management – A listing of products on your current service contracts, along with

information and functionality that allows you to modify product configurations.

• Upload Manager – A feature that allows you to perform configuration management on

covered and uncovered equipment in CSCC with the help of upload-compatible spreadsheet

templates.

Estimates/Quotes Tab and Secondary Menu

• Quick Price/Quote – The primary method of obtaining a quick price or a quote in the Quick Quoting workflow for up to 45 lines and 5 install sites.

• Create New Quote – The primary method of creating a quote in the Standard Quoting workflow.

• Import Multiple Quotes – The primary method to import multiple quotes at once.

• Quote Manager – The primary method for locating and reviewing your CSCC quotes.

• SMS3(Legacy Distribution) – Launches Service Management System, which allows you to manage your service contracts and renewal business. This is a new change, sub-tab has been changed from ‘Distribution’ to ‘SMS3(Legacy Distribution)’ for better understanding.

Administration Tab and Secondary Menu Register Contracts – This functionality does not currently work for Distributors. In order to gain

access to contracts, you must open a support case, so a CPE agent can grant you access to the

contract.
