How can you help?
The cost to renovate THE LOFT is estimated at$120,000. My personal commitment is to fund therenovation as fully as I am personably able with yourhelp. Please join me in making this dream a realityby contributing whatever you can to help fund therenovation. Your donation will help make itpossible for THE LOFT to be completed and for theHobble Inn to begin welcoming our deservingVeterans and Servicemen and women by the Springof 2017.
Why Veterans? Why you?Why THE LOFT?
It is no secret that many of ourveterans struggle with health, financial and other issues. Theevidence of that is amply docu-mented. While THE LOFT will notresolve all of their needs, what wecan offer is renewal, a fresh start,a much needed vacation, or achance to rekindle relationships. These men andwomen have sacrificed so much for our Country'sbenefit. As the daughter, widow, mother and goodfriend of Service men and women, I believe that Ican offer a unique opportunity through this gift ofa stay at THE LOFT at HOBBLE INN in the beautifulresort town of Stowe, VT.
On behalf of my late father, father-in-law, andhusband; as well as my eldest son and all theVeterans and Active Duty Servicemen and women, who deserve our respect, appreciation and support;thank you for considering my request and thankyou in advance for your kind generosity.

THE STORY OF THE LOFTat Hobble Inn
There are nearly 22 million living veterans in theUnited States today. More than five million haveserved since 9/11 alone. Many come home to facechallenges from traumatic stress, unmet goals foreducation, increasing healthcare needs, and otherissues. Our veterans deal with healthcare, housingand employment needs that are unique to them.
It is my wish to give back to our servicemen andwomen - veterans, reservists, and active dutymilitary - in a way that restores peace of mind andwell being. I want to express how much all arecared about and how truly respected andappreciated everyone is for their service to ourcountry.
The Hobble Inn is a 150 year old historic B&B inthe charming resort village of Stowe, VT. THE LOFTwill be a beautiful, comfortably furnished andequipped one bedroom condominium with aprivate entry. It will involve a completerenovation of the Inn's garage loft space.
When completed, THE LOFT will be available toActive Duty, Reservist, Retired and VeteranServicemen and women as a place for up to a oneweek visit for needed respite and relaxation- at NO cost to them.
