There is car parking for 2 vehicles directly outside the unit.

It sleeps up to six people (one double bed, one twin bedroom, pull-out bed in lounge

but please note you need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases & duvet cover(s) as

well as towels.

The lounge has a colour digital TV with Freeview.

Full cooking facilities including full oven and microwave.

The bed settee in the lounge sleeps an additional 2 people.

The main bathroom has basin, shower and toilet.

There is free wi-fi throughout the unit. And there is also a BBQ and full patio set

outside.

Access to nearby White Cross Bay Pool and Spa can be arranged by calling them to

book on 015394 43937. Please advise when calling to book that you are staying at a

property in Limefitt Park belonging to the NYP Welfare Fund. There is a one off

charge of £15 per Lodge per stay.
