The Photon Belt arrived on December 22, 2000 on the Winter Solstice, it has completely surrounded Earth. The entire Solar System is kind of locked into the tractor beam of the Photon Belt and we have changed directions. We are in the process now of moving away from the outer periphery of the western spiral arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. Were like on a tractor beam of the Photon Belt and heading towards the Pleiades.
