FAQ - Use and Care

Is your cremation jewelry waterproof? No, please do not submerge or soak pendant in any liquid and we suggest that you do not

wear while showering, bathing or swimming.

Is it waterproof if I have the compartment permanently sealed? Although permanently sealed, we cannot guarantee that your jewelry is water tight.

Why is the Round Pendant hinged when it only comes with one insert? In the future, we may add a collection of mix ‘n match inserts that families can share or switch out whenever they desire. With some designs, families may also want to add a couple of

flat similated rhinestones or charms that are readily available in the market.

Do you include tools to fill your jewelry? Yes, we include an instuction document along with a paper funnel and fill stick.
